By the end of this guide, you'll be using MagicSchool AI — an education-specific AI platform used by over 3 million educators — to generate parent letters, family communications, and school announcements with language specifically tuned for K-12 school environments. It's built to understand school policies, FERPA awareness, and the tone differences between different school communication situations.

How-To Guide: MagicSchool AI for School Communications
Step 1: Create your account
- Go to magicschool.ai
- Click Sign Up in the top right
- Select I'm an educator/administrator when prompted for your role
- Enter your school email address
- Complete the registration — MagicSchool verifies educator accounts
What you should see: Your MagicSchool dashboard, which looks like a menu of AI tools organized by category. Troubleshooting: If your school email isn't recognized, try your personal email and select "school administrator" as your role.
